How to Configure Your Security Question & Answer

To take advantaged of our enhanced security features please follow the steps below:

1. Login to the GreenGeeks Account Manager at http://greengeeks.com/login
2. Click on Update Your Details
3. Click on Change Security Question
4. Select one of the premade security questions from the dropdown field
5. Enter your answer in the following two fields
6. Click Save

These Security Questions will be used to verify your account during communication with our agents, resetting or changing account passwords or registering/modifying profile details.
