You can change your cPanel password at any time while you are logged into your cPanel select "Change Password" to reset your cPanel password. Please remember that you may have more than one password here at Green Geeks (for instance you may have a different password for our billing area).

Losing your password to any of your online areas (your emails, cpanel, support center, etc) is not fun and so we advise all of our clients as well as all of our staff, friends, & family that they should keep a list on a folder somewhere hidden on their computer or in a removable hard drive that has all of your user names and logins and to make sure to update those usernames and Passwords on that list whenever they make password changes to their online accounts.

If you've lost your password, please log into the billing area and click on "My Products and Services", click on the Manage Account button next to your domain and scroll down to the change password area.
