DOES GREEN GEEKS OFFER A GRACE PERIOD FOR SUBMITTING INVOICE PAYMENTS?
Payments are due by the invoice due date; however we
understand that sometimes circumstances beyond one’s control can result in a
client needing a couple of extra days to may payment arrangements. As a courtesy, we currently offer all* of our
clients a 4 day grace period for submitting invoice payments. If an invoice goes unpaid for more than four
days beyond the due date, the account is automatically suspended and a $15.00
late fee is added to the overdue invoice.
If an account becomes suspended for failure to submit a
payment within the grace period, to reactivate the account, log in to the
BILLING AREA and submit a payment for the overdue invoice. For detailed instructions on how to properly
submit a payment to Green Geeks, please read the knowledge base article, “HOW
DO I LOG IN AND SUBMIT A PAYMENT TO GREEN GEEKS?” which can be found on line at
http://www.greengeeks.com/kb/idx.php/0/174/article/HOW-DO-I-LOG-IN-AND-SUBMIT-A-PAYMENT-TO-GREEN-GEEKS.html
.
Please note, if an account has become suspended due to an
overdue invoice, once the overdue invoice is paid in full, the account will
automatically be reactivated within 15 minutes of our having received the payment. It is the client’s responsibility to verify
that the account is reactivated and to notify us in the rare case that the
account remains suspended.
(* If a client has
submitted a cancellation request or an e-mail indicating that they may not
renew, their account may be suspended on the due date).
