Can I use the Site Builder before my domain name is registered/resolving?

you can use it to build your website prior to your domain name being
registered and pointed to the GreenGeeks nameservers. However the site
may look disjointed or have pieces that appear to be missing.
Generally when the domain name is registered and resolves to the
GreenGeeks nameservers the website will appear as it should.
