DNS Related Error

If you're getting an error of a DNS nature, this is because your domain name must be pointing to our name servers before you can add the domain name. This is done for security purposes. Please allow 24-48 hours for our servers to detect this.

If you are transferring an active site from another provider and need to set up/stage the web site before switching the DNS, please contact our support by e-mailing support@greengeeks.com and requesting that we manually add your domain to your hosting account as a parked or an addon domain.
