At Green Geeks we work 24x7x365 to support our customers. Our primary support is for our servers and our hosting plan features. We do not offer free support for web design, HTML or 3rd party scripts. We do supply 3rd party scripts for free through our Fantastico Script Library (free with every hosting plan) but we do not maintain the integrity of those scripts and so if there is some error with the script that is not server related we do ask that you contact those 3rd parties for an update or a fix.

Please note that all of the 3rd party scripts have been tested and are party of the industry standard regarding scripts and therefore do maintain their own staff and support personnel.
