Let's assume you own the domain name xyz.COM and you also own the domain name xyz.net, xyz.org and xyz.biz and you want to have it setup so that when someone types into a browser xyz.NET, xyz.ORG or xyz.BIZ and then have that visitor automatically taken to xyz.com.

This is called a domain forwarder. Domain forwarders are not setup within cPanel and are not setup by Green Geeks. Domain forwarders are setup at the domain registrar where you purchased the domain name which needs to be forwarded.

Green Geeks purchases for many of our clients the primary domain name on their account, these are usually the domain names (xyz.COM) which are the web site hosted accounts and usually not the domains which need to be forwarded (xyz.NET .ORG .BIZ) and so it is not at the xyz.COM's domain registrar where the forwarders have to take place but at the domain registrars for the (xyz.NET .ORG .BIZ) domains. You may contact your domain registrar for the domains you want forwarded to learn how you can have your domains forwarded within that registrar.
