If you feel like you have made some progress or mistakes and you feel you could do better if you started from scratch, you can start over. All you need to do is send us an email to Support@GreenGeeks.com, and we can wipe your site's cPanel (control panel) clean, and then you can start all over again, just like it was when you were a new customer.

** Please note: Once we perform the site re-creation, all your data will be lost. So please download your files if you require them before submitting the request.

Here are a couple of tips to remember:

• Remember to upload your files to the public_html folder
• Don't erase your public_html folder!
• There will be items in your root directory that you may not understand at first. They are supposed to be there. If, by chance, you do accidentally delete something using File Manager, there is an option in there to restore what you deleted, just like the recycle bin in Windows.
