PLEASE NOTE** For some users the browser FireFox has some issues allowing clients to log into their billing area and you may need to use another browser like Internet Explorer.

Go to www.GreenGeeks.com and click on the Client Login link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  On the LOGIN page under BILLING enter the e-mail address on your Green Geeks account and your billing password and click the LOGIN TO CLIENT AREA button (if you have forgotten your billing password click on the Forgot Password? link to request to have your password e-mailed  to you).

Once you are in the billing client area click on the MY INVOICES link.  Find the invoice number for the invoice you wish to pay and click on the VIEW INVOICE link on the right hand side of the page.  A copy of the invoice will open on the screen.  In the upper right hand corner of the screen there is a drop down menu.  Select your payment method either credit card (which includes debit card payments) or Paypal. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If you choose to pay via credit card, press the PAY NOW button located just below the drop down menu box.  In the next window verify that the billing address you currently have on file in your Green Geeks account is the same as the billing address on the credit card you are using to pay your invoice. 

If you are paying with a credit card that is already on file in your Green Geeks account, make sure you select USE EXISTING CREDIT CARD (the last four digits of the credit card are displayed)

Enter the security code of the card you wish to pay by (also known as CVV/CVC2 Number) and then press the CLICK TO CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page.  As soon as your payment is accepted you will be taken back to the invoice and it will show PAID (in the upper right hand corner).  Additionally you will have received an e-mail payment confirmation from Green Geeks.

If you are paying with a credit card that is not currently on file in your Green Geeks account, select ENTER NEW CARD INFORMATION BELOW.  Clicking on this button will pop of several fields where should enter your credit card information. 

From the drop down box select the TYPE OF CREDIT CARD you will be using.  Then enter your CARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, and CREDIT CARD SECURITY CODE (also known as CVV/CVC2 Number).  Press the CLICK TO CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page.  As soon as your payment is accepted you will be taken back to the invoice and it will show PAID (in the upper right hand corner).  Additionally you will have received an e-mail payment confirmation from Green Geeks.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

If you choose to pay via PAYPAL, press the orange PAYPAL CHECK OUT button located just below the drop down menu box.  You will be taken to a PAYPAL LOG IN window.  Log in to your paypal account (enter the e-mail address you have on file with paypal and your paypal password).  You will then be taken to the Green Geeks, LLC REVIEW YOUR PAYMENT screen.  You can then review the invoice number you are paying and the amount.  Press the orange PAY NOW button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Once your payment is processed you receive the following message:

X, thank you for your payment.  Transaction ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX                                                                 An email with your order summary has been sent to youremail@yourdomain.com.

Select the orange RETURN TO GREEN GEEKS LLC button.  You will be taken back to the invoice and it will show PAID (in the upper right hand corner).  Additionally you will have received an e-mail payment confirmation from Green Geeks.
