We provide included with our Green Energy hosting cPanel which is the best and most widely used web hosting control in the web hosting industry. This control panel includes step by step video tutorials in most of the sections where you are required to complete some action.

So for instance you want to add an email to your account. You would login to cPanel go to the Mail section and click on Email Accounts. On this next page is where you can add an email account. In the upper left section above ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT you will see a button with the text VIDEO TUTORIAL.

Click on that button and a window will appear that runs through how to add an email account. This video tutorial is a little small for some of our users so you can get a full screen version by clicking on the VIEW HIGH QUALITY VERSION link in the upper left hand side of that page.

***PLEASE NOTE*** That by clicking on the VIEW HIGH QUALITY VERSION link your computer will try to open a new web browser for you to view the video. If your computer does not open a new web browser for the Video it may mean that you have a pop-up blocker which is preventing this new window from opening.
