It's a great upgrade that enables you to have your own slice of the hardware node dedicated for your sites. Other customers cannot affect you on the server like they do with a shared solution.
Resellers moving to VPS will mean they will loose SiteBuilder and Softaculous/Fantastico features. They will be required to purchase their own licensing directly with RVSiteBuilder, Softaculous and Fantastico.
