WordCamp Montclair 2019

GreenGeeks is proud to be one of the sponsors for WordCamp Montclair 2019. The event is held on June 1st and 2nd, over the weekend. You can find the camp set up at the United Way Building on Fullerton St.

Although GreenGeeks won’t be there in person this year, it’s sure to be a great event.

What to Expect at WordCamp Montclair 2019

After an 8’oclock registration and breakfast, patrons will have access to a lot of incredible talks by some awesome people in the industry. In fact, a lot of these talks makes me want to hope on a plane and head to New Jersey myself!

Some of the things available at WordCamp Montclair 2019 include:

  • Victor Ramirez will go into detail about how he created websites worth $100,000 using WordPress.
  • Pam Aungst has an interesting talk about writing content for people as well as search engines with proper keyword optimization. This is one talk I am surely sad to miss out on.
  • Another talk that piques my interest is starting a podcast with WordPress given by Joe Casabona.
  • Subscriptions are great methods to generate monthly revenue, and Michael Loewenberg will show attendees how to do it with Gravity Forms and Stripe.
  • Building a membership site helps create a community centered around an idea or brand. And Naomi C Bush will show visitors how to do this while including the ability to let members submit their own content on the website.

These are just a handful of the talks going on over the span of two days at WordCamp Montclair 2019. To top it all off, the lunch on the first day is featuring tacos.
