When you contact GreenGeeks support or billing staff, you may be asked for a PIN. This PIN is a security measure. It lets us know that you have access to GreenGeeks, and we can discuss account related issues with you.
If a GreenGeeks staff member asks you for a support PIN, here’s how to create it.
Click the “REQUEST SUPPORT PIN” button at the top of the screen.
A six-digit support PIN will be generated.
The PIN is valid for a single use. A unique support PIN will be generated each time you log in to GreenGeeks.
If you have trouble logging into GreenGeeks, use the “Forgot password” function. If you still can’t log in, don’t worry! Contact us, and we can authenticate your account by other means and provide any help you may need.
