You can cancel your account at any time. However, the money back guarantee is only available within the first 30 days of your Green Geeks account. Quarterly, one, two, and three-year accounts that are beyond the 30 day trial period are not eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel, please submit this cancellation request form. You must enter the email address associated with your Green Geeks account. Cancellation requests received from an email address other than the address on the account cannot be accepted.
When we receive the cancellation form, you will be sent an email with a Ticket ID. Please retain the email for your records. For security and account verification purposes, we require a reply to the email to confirm the cancellation request. When we receive the confirmation, the cancellation will be processed within seven business days (if you wish to cancel at the end of your current term rather than immediately, please let us know in the comment section).
Unless we receive a cancellation request before the account renewal date, we will renew the account 24 hours before the renewal date and apply the appropriate charges. Accounts will be automatically renewed for the same time period and fee structure as the original plan (unless the plan was changed or upgraded, or opened with an introductory or limited-time price). The 30-day money back guarantee applies only to the start of service. It does not apply to renewals.
