As you know, last month we announced the launch of our new affiliate program, which will commence on May 1st, 2015. An email was sent in an effort to make the transition as smooth as possible for our affiliates. Below is the e-mail that was sent to our affiliates regarding the transition.

What Happens on May 1st, 2015

We will migrate your accounts automatically from our old system into the new system. We will also set up an automated redirect of your old links to the new links to ensure that traffic is being accounted for and sales are being tracked.

How do I log into the new system

Your username/password will remain in-tact. Upon initial log into the new system, you will go through a quick account verification check to ensure all contact & payment details are accurate. Once logged in, you will be able to obtain your new tracking link codes.

Below are knowledgebase articles on our affiliate system:

Will I have access to my statistics from the old system?

Yes, you will continue to have statistics from the old system.

Do I have to change my affiliate links?

Yes, we will be requiring you to change your affiliate tracking URL’s to our new simplified tracking URL’s. Your clicks and sales will continue to be counted during the switch over period.

Why Are You Making The Change to the affiliate program?

The technology being used on our current system is outdated and that limits us in what we intend to do in the future. Our new system allows for faster performance, better statistics and better campaign conversion tracking.

Are my commission rates & pay-period changing?

No, your commission rate and pay periods will remain the same. For full details view:Commissions & Payment Schedule
