I was setting up a couple email accounts and ran in to an issue where I could not receive email. I started a chat and David R answered. He walked me through a couple of quick checks and was VERY patient as I had no idea where to go to find the information that he was requesting. Turned out to be a simple server setting. Very happy with the continued support from Green Geeks.

I wanted to like Green Geeks, I think the VPS might be a good solution. I hope things go more smoothly in the future. So far a migration has taken over three weeks (still not complete), a domain and web site have been lost, email was interrupted even after careful staging. Errors by support and delays have cost me more money than the accounts yearly fees, and in short I am very disappointed in the support. I still want to believe in superior service and a green web host. Perhaps this one is not it...

I have only just begun my relationship with Green Geeks but already I am sooo much happier with the excellent level of customer service I have encountered here with people like Vance k than what I experienced with other webhosts like godaddy and ixweb. Tonight for instance, it is late on a Sunday night and I had several questions. Although I prefer phone service, I wanted to use this an opportunity to both get the answers I needed and test the caliber of online help at the same time. I am pleased to say that Vance K not only provided me all the answers to my many questions (and I had many) he also did so in a very friendly, concise and clear manner. He did not trivialize my concerns in any way and in fact made me feel valued. He did not sign off until I felt sure all my questions and concerns had been addressed. I love Green Geeks!

I am a GreenGeek customer for only a couple of months but I am fully happy about the service. I was looking for a good green hosting company and found GreenGeeks after reviewing a number of others. The chat support for me is the best in the world. In my previous hosting even though they had chat support they took ages to respond all the time. I have been with GG for a few years. I have never had an unscheduled downtime and have always gotten almost immediate response to my support requests. Recently I had to find my way through a GoDaddy account for a friend and I found it way harder to navigate than here at Green Geeks. 100 per cent guys. Keep up the great work.

I just have zero problems with my service. The tech support is always good, the staff knows what they are talking about. My service is amazing, and when they say unlimited, they mean it. The only thing they don't like is when you eat up too much processor, but that's understandable. Otherwise, I've been a customer for three or four years now and enjoy how stable and uncomplicated my service is.

I wrote at 1am on a Monday/Tuesday overnight. I got answered relatively quickly. It was pretty clear that poor David R was handling more than one question at a time, but he knew the answer to my question. I am VERY happy to get a live chat 24/7. Very happy. He knew what I needed. I wish I got a different answer but that's not about David. I also wish I had undivided attention but at this hour of the night I'm happy to not be at my old host where they made me submit a ticket and I had to wait for them to reply whenever they felt like it.

I have been an entrepreneur and website domain owner since 2009. However, I had one primary problem no matter what I chose to do. Out of all the problems that I could have had, guess what the biggest problem that I personally had until July 21, 2014? Website sustainability. Out of all the problems I could have had, it was website sustainability. Ive been using GreenGeeks for years and I love it! Support is very helpful and the hosting interface is simple to use. The new Storage and Bandwidth limits don't sit to well in my stomach but since I'm an old customer, I still have the same unlimited storage and data transer as I did when i signed up years ago - I hope this does not change in the future because this is one of the reasons I signed up in the first place.
