Build a Better Blog: Using AI Across the Entire Content Lifecycle

Webinar Date: August 12, 2026 at 09:00 AM PT
Speaker:
Keanan Koppenhaver, Founder, FloorboardAI.

Most “AI for blogging” advice stops after you get a first draft written super quickly. But anyone who’s actually tried to run a blog knows the writing is maybe a third of the work. There’s brainstorming, outlining, editing, publishing, promoting, repurposing, and (the part most people fall off with) staying consistent week after week when life gets in the way. I’ve been running claudecodeformarketers.com through exactly this kind of full-lifecycle workflow, with AI tucked into each stage in different ways. In this session, I’ll walk through the life of a single post, from the moment an idea shows up to the moment it’s still doing work for me three weeks later. We’ll look at where AI genuinely helps, where it gets in the way, and how the whole thing holds together as a system you can actually keep running.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A map of the full blog lifecycle, and which AI moves matter at each stage
  • A workflow for capturing and developing ideas before they evaporate
  • Drafting and editing patterns that produce posts worth publishing, not slop
  • A repeatable system for promotion and reuse, so one post does the work of five

What You’ll Learn:

  • The full lifecycle, and why most AI advice misses most of it: The stages of a blog post nobody talks about, and why the draft is the least interesting place to start.
  • Brainstorming and idea capture: How I catch ideas the moment they show up, develop them with AI, and decide which ones are worth the effort.
  • Outlining and drafting: The prompting moves that produce a real post in my voice, not a generic AI take with my name on it.
  • Editing and the AI “tell”: What AI writing sounds like, why readers can spot it, and the editing pass that fixes it.
  • Publishing and promotion: Getting the post out the door and in front of people—email, social, short-form—without it feeling recycled.
  • Consistency, and the agent that keeps me honest: The hardest part of blogging isn’t writing one post, it’s writing the fiftieth. How I’m using a CMO agent to keep CC4M moving when I’d otherwise let it slip.
