It’s this trust that will play a part in future success.
I’m not saying you need to jump immediately into all of the UX design trends for 2017. However, you need to consider making some changes if you wish to compete in a fast-paced environment. Even something as simple as adding live chat to your website can make a profound difference in visitor engagement and trust.
The best way to keep your site relevant in the upcoming years is to adapt to both technology and user experience design trends. It’s safe to assume your competition will focus on the visitor. If you’re not paying attention, they will benefit from the sales you lost because the website didn’t deliver what the users wanted.
